V.; Admitted: 2002 Conor Griffin BCL, LLM is the Managing Partner of AYG, Solicitors, with over 20 years of experience. He holds a Law degree and a Master’s in Commercial Law from University College Dublin. Conor specializes in litigation, dispute resolution, and immigration law, advising national and international clients in English and German. His expertise includes product liability, personal injury, professional and medical negligence. He also advises on advertising and marketing law, regularly working on advertisement clearance, trademark infringement, promotions, and lotteries. As the Ireland representative for the Global Advertising Lawyers Alliance (GALA), he is a frequent speaker on advertising law.
Éadaoin McLoughlin

V.; Admitted: 2012 Ms. Éadaoin McLoughlin, B.Comm. Int. (German), Solicitor, is a Partner at AYG Solicitors, where she has worked for over 13 years. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce International from University College Dublin and studied at RWTH Aachen, Germany during her Erasmus year. Fluent in German and English, Éadaoin specializes in debt recovery, enforcement of foreign judgments, breach of contract, injury litigation, and estate administration. She also handles real estate transactions and probate matters for Irish and international clients.
Malachy O’Callaghan
Education: Trinity College Dublin (BBS Business Studies) Member: Incorporated Law Society of Ireland; Admitted: 2005 Malachy O’Callaghan holds an honours degree in Business Studies from Trinity College Dublin and has been practicing as a solicitor in Ireland since 2005. He specializes in commercial and residential property, company and commercial law, inheritance law, and estate management. With 20 years of experience in property sales and lettings, he has expertise in advising non-resident and offshore property purchasers, as well as handling commercial acquisitions, industrial premises, development land, and estate management. Malachy acts as the personal lawyer for a leading waste management company in Ireland and is frequently instructed by EU embassies in Dublin on high-value property transactions. He has also worked extensively on land bank acquisitions, agricultural holdings, and commercial developments. While the firm does not provide tax advice, it collaborates with specialist advisors in Ireland for such matters.
